Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in anything you purchase from Legacy Studio. Because of the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges once they have been delivered. If you have trouble accessing your file or receive an incomplete download, please reach out and we will make it right. For physical items, we accept returns on unused and unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
